Music
A vintage piano is available should you wish to use it. The piano has been tuned as best possible, given its age. Although there is electricity in our quaint Chapel, we do not supply music.
Candelabra
There are 12 candelabra attached to the walls that you may use. Kindly ensure that candles are extinguished after the ceremony.
Photography
Couples and their photographer are welcome to make use of our beautiful gardens to capture your special day.
Terms & Conditions
- To confirm a booking, a signed contract copy together with proof of payment should be emailed hotel@meerendal.co.za
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice and exclude 15% VAT.
- We allow provisional bookings on request, and our team will reserve this date until an enquiry is received for the same date after which a 50% deposit of the total venue hire will be required to secure the clients booking date.
- Failing to secure this deposit will result in the loss of the preferred date.
- The deposit is deemed non-refundable as from 90 days prior to the booking date.
- Should a cancellation occur between 90 days prior to your wedding date, Meerendal Wine Estate will retain the full payment.
