Meerendal Marquee Tent
Event hire includes
Two fixed-frame marquees of 15m x 20m and 15m x 25m respectively, are included in the event venue hire, complete with wooden flooring. All sides of the marquee can be opened, while the southern side is manufactured from transparent vinyl to ensure a magnificent view at all times.
The seating capacity of the marquees are 150 and 180 respectively, depending on the set up and additional requirements.
The beautiful 8000 m² flat lawn area, adjacent to the fixed frame marquee, is ideal for family days, vehicle launches and expos.
Parking for up to 5000 cars is included in the venue hire.
The parking area and access roads have been designed to accommodate large coaches.
A separate delivery road and back of house entrance is available and can accommodate trucks the size of interlinks.
The event area layout has been designed with a back of house area for the setup of an additional kitchen marquee.
A suitable space has also been created for the purpose of positioning adequate toilet facilities.

Forest Marquee
(15m x 20m)
Nestled in a serene forest setting, this marquee is surrounded by nature, with a charming wooden walkway leading the way.
Conveniently located near the estate’s restaurants, tasting room, chocolatier, and offices, it offers an intimate yet elegant space for up to 100 guests (10 tables).
A popular choice for weddings, product launches, and private gatherings, the Forest Marquee blends natural beauty with sophistication.
Vineyard Marquee
(15m x 25m)
Set apart from the hustle and bustle of the estate, the Vineyard Marquee offers a more secluded setting with panoramic mountain and vineyard views. This venue is perfect for grand celebrations, corporate events and expos and vehicle launches.
For seamless event execution, the area includes
- A separate delivery road and back-of-house entrance, accommodating trucks up to interlink size for smooth logistics.
- A designated back-of-house area, ideal for setting up an additional kitchen marquee.
- A dedicated space for toilet facilities, ensuring convenience for guests.
